Feta And Sundried Tomato Spread

A simple spread that’s great with Infinity Seed Crackers or the Easiest Bread Ever.

This is an easy, delicious recipe that everyone seems to love. I use it as a sandwich spread, as a dip for crackers, and for lots of other dishes like quiche or potatoes.

Feta And Sundried Tomato Spread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 block feta cheese (about 7 oz)

1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil

Instructions:

Blend everything together in a food processor. That’s it!

Variations and Storage:

You can make this spread with any ratio of feta and tomatoes—just use whatever you have, and it always tastes good. If you want a lighter consistency, add plain greek yogurt. Sometimes people also add spices like garlic, chile, or cumin.

This spread stores in the fridge for a couple weeks. Or you can freeze it and thaw portions as needed. I use these silicone freezer trays.
